Emma Vasi
DIRECTOR & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
From humble beginnings, today Vasi provides designs for large scale high-end residences all over Australia. Emma and her team work with architects and our in-house contractors to bring the distinct visions seen in her work to life. Light filled rooms, colourful textiles, natural elements, earthy textures, and brushed metals, are the elements that define the Vasi style and can always distinguish a Vasi designed home.
"Overwhelmingly, my urge is to sacrifice the laws of consumerism and be guided instead by the lessons of the past. I crave the veggie garden of my grandparents, the simple lessons of life they imparted. I aim to honour their legacy as we learn to become more self sufficient and make sustainable choices in a world designed to favour the opposite."

Nick Vasi
PROJECT DIRECTOR
Customer service, communication and quality epitomise Nick’s role at VASI. A degree qualified project manager, Nick’s understanding of the construction industry positions him perfectly to ensure projects are carefully considered from inception to completion. Having managed some of Melbourne’s most iconic projects, (incl. Flinders Street Station, Carlton Baths, Epworth Hospital) Nick's experience is second to none. As can be expected of his role, Nick is exceptionally organised and approaches all that he does with the utmost care and diligence. Nick is driven by the detail and always has a project’s best interests at heart.

Beatriz Ares
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Beatriz Ares Montejo is an interior designer known for her thoughtful approach to spatial composition, materiality and refined detailing. With a strong foundation in architectural principles and interior styling, she brings a considered balance of creativity and technical precision to every project.
Having begun her career in Europe, Bea brings a unique perspective to Vasi’s design team. Her creative direction and love of intricate detailing make her a true asset to the team.

Claudia James
DESIGNER
Vasi’s resident organisational wizard, Claudia is the backbone of our furnishings department. Claudia's keen eye for detail coupled with her can-do attitude is a recipe for success. Claudia ensures our projects are executed smoothly and promptly, and is Emma's right hand on and off site.

INTERIOR ARCHITECT
A qualified architect in her home country of Columbia, Sonia brings a strong technical foundation and a refined understanding of spatial design. With formal architectural training and professional experience in documentation and detailing, she brings depth, precision and analytical thinking to every stage of the design process.

Ashleigh Brady is a Graduate Building Designer with a strong passion for residential design and a meticulous approach to technical development. With formal training in building design and a growing portfolio of residential projects, she brings both creative curiosity and structured thinking to the studio.

REGISTERED BUILDING DESIGNER
With a career spanning 25 years, Adriana’s depth of experience ensures Vasi documentation is second to none.
An admirer of architectural works, Adriana is constantly gazing her eyes at the arts, taking new and old concepts, ideas and inspirations and reflecting them in drawings. Continually striving for efficient, professional and fine aesthetical designs, Adriana represents structures that meet both creative and buildability requirements with ease.

Mesbah
LOGISTICS & ESTIMATING
Mesbah oversees logistics and estimating with precision, analytical rigour and commercial awareness. As Logistics Co-ordinator and Estimator, he is responsible for managing supplier pricing, freight coordination and cost planning to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget parameters.

PROJECT DELIVERY CO-ORDINATOR
Omar is a Registered Builder with extensive experience in residential construction, design management and on-site project delivery. With a strong understanding of both building methodology and regulatory compliance, he plays a critical role in bridging the gap between design vision and built outcome.
