McCubbin Point Cook
Despite its contemporary footprint, McCubbin carries a quiet familiarity, as though it has long belonged to its setting. Conceived by interior designer Emma Vasi, the residence is a considered reworking of a typical project home, elevated into a fully resolved, custom environment.
What began as a standard builder-grade shell has been carefully reimagined, with every surface, junction and proportion refined to create a sense of cohesion and intent. Through thoughtful planning and a disciplined material palette, the home sheds its generic origins, emerging as something far more personal and enduring.
Designed as a retreat from the pace of everyday life, the interiors unfold as a series of calm, intentional spaces, where materiality and light take precedence over excess.
Within McCubbin, the focus shifts to the essentials: comfort, atmosphere, and the subtle luxury of living well.
