Five steps from brief to a finished home.
Brief
Tell us about the home, the building and when you get the keys. We work back from that date.
Scheme
A board for every room, with every item specified and priced. Two rounds of changes.
Order
On sign-off we place orders with our makers and consolidate everything into one shipment.
Arrival
Everything is received, checked and held at our UAE partner warehouse until the last piece lands.
Install
Two to five days on site: unpack, place, hang, style, and remove every trace of packaging.
Each week you receive a short written update: what has been ordered, what has landed, the install date, and anything that needs your decision.
Structural, electrical and plumbing works, permits and NOCs are outside our scope. Where they are needed we work alongside a licensed local fit-out contractor, engaged separately.
