Questions
Where do you work?
Across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Most of our work is on Saadiyat, Yas and Reem in Abu Dhabi, and in the established villa and waterfront communities of Dubai.
Can you work while I am overseas?
Most of our clients are. You sign off boards by email or video call, receive a weekly update, and walk into a finished home.
What is not included?
Structural changes, electrical and plumbing works, permits and NOCs. Where these are needed we work alongside a licensed local fit-out contractor, engaged separately.
Do you furnish for short-term letting?
Yes. We deliver a home that is ready for inspection and listing; the holiday-home licence is held by you or your operator.
Who is behind this?
Vasi Design, a Melbourne building design and interiors studio founded in 2015, and its sister company Volaro Stone. Our founder, Emma Vasi, owns a home on Yas Island and is in the UAE regularly.
